A Personal Story: Saving Noah’s Love for Cannoli.
As a mother, you’ll do anything to help your child, even if it means convincing a stubborn teenager to let you poke them with needles. My son, Noah, has had a severe dairy allergy since he was little. Being Italian, this was a big deal. No cheese, no creamy pastas, and worst of all—no cannoli. Every family gathering was a struggle for him. He’d sit there, watching everyone else enjoy their pasta and dessert, while he nibbled on something sad.
