Meet & Greet With Dr. Guevara
Come learn more about regenerative medicine from our newest practitioner:
Dr. Lucy Guevara, MD, MPH. She is a double board-certified physician in Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine focusing on longevity, functional, and regenerative medicine. Her own health journey led her to design a more personal, precise way of practicing care. Her goal is simple: help you feel like yourself again and protect your long-term health. Her book opens starting January 2026 every Monday at Perilla Wellness.

Authentic Movement With Meghan Dempsey:
Authentic movement is an embodied movement practice that encourages individuals to explore and express their inner experience through spontaneous, unplanned movement. This practice is rooted in the belief that the body holds an innate wisdom that we can listen to and learn from to deepen our connection to ourselves and others. It draws upon both mindful practices and psychology. Authentic Movement is ideal for women who want a safe space to express their inner experience, better understand themselves and feel more grounded.
Sound Healing With Susan Richards:
Get ready to melt into the magic of vibration with Susan Richards, founder of Aha Moments of Self Love—a certified Life Coach, Reiki and Crystal practitioner, and Energy Alchemist. Using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and a treasure chest of vibrational tools, she’ll guide you into deep relaxation and soulful alignment.
Qigong With Richard Bredeson :
• Learn Qigong, an easy set of movements for mindful energy work (Qigong means "energy work")
• Practice in-person with Richard in a beautiful and meditative environment
• Learn and practice several Forms (both standing and seated)
• Learn special breathing techniques
• Review the Elements of Chinese Medicine and learn the esoteric meanings
• Review the energy matrix, meridians and vessels of the body
• Meditate on the breath, the meridian matrix and the five elements

Celebrations of Spirit at Perilla Wellness
"A welcoming home for the spiritually homeless"
Sunday Celebrations are twice-monthly gatherings devoted to connection, reflection, and inner exploration—without dogma or judgment. Led by Rosemary Robertson Bredeson and Richard Bredeson, these gatherings offer a gentle, meaningful way to explore spirituality in community.
Each gathering may include meditation, simple ritual, shared reflection, and thoughtful conversation in a welcoming, inclusive space.
Offered first and third Sundays at 11 am at Perilla Wellness and via zoom starting 1/04/26

Rosemary Robertson Bredeson is a spiritual guide, teacher, and co-founder of Church of A New Alliance, a nonprofit spiritual study center devoted to conscious living and inner growth. For decades, she has supported individuals in exploring spirituality beyond traditional religious structures, offering spaces rooted in compassion, curiosity, and openness.
Rosemary’s work centers on meditation, reflection, and shared inquiry into the deeper meanings of life. She brings a steady, welcoming presence to Sunday Celebrations, helping create a safe, inclusive space for connection and spiritual exploration without dogma.
