Ruth Milsten, MSW, LCSW-C, RYT-Licensed Clinical Social Worker, 300 hour Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Educator and Imago Trained Couples Therapist. Ruth offers Trauma Trained Somatic and Holistic individual therapy for women with a history of childhood abuse, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety, people pleasing, low self-esteem, highly sensitive traits, life transitions/struggles and more. She offers Imago Relationship Therapy for couples. Sessions may include: pre-marital counseling, learning/improving communication skills, increasing co-regulation/attunement and coping with current relationship stressors.

Ruth is passionate about helping clients find their inner wise selves, develop a mind/body/spirit connection, come home to their bodies, and embrace self-compassion. Ruth is LGBTQIA+, ENM and polyamory ally and welcomes clients of all backgrounds. This therapy allows you to connect your mind with your body and learn how to cope with stress, overwhelm, people pleasing, trauma, chronic health issues, life stressors and more. Ruth creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients, where she will help you create a roadmap for healing. Sessions may include talk therapy, hypnotherapy, 1-1 yoga and trauma release exercises, energy assessment and clearing.
